Hello. I fell yesterday on that webhost: http://www.hebergement-discount.com/

I know a site: http://www.scenariotheque.org/ that uses this host. I tried to contact this site but I got no answer.

Anyway, look at this "way-too-cheap" starting package (all prices in Euro):

Getting started (domain transfer): 48,78 € (maybe this is expensive)

For 1,52 €/month:
Space: 45 MB - Unlimited transfert
20 e-mails
PHP4
1 mySQL database (no mySQL requests maximum, I asked them)
Site stats... and all other usual stuff.

Do you think it is possible? With the startup fees, it costs about 5,60 € by month. Oh yeah, they do not offer any assistance.

They told me that a site which would slow down their servers too much and be dangerous for their stability would be erased without any notice... a bit cruel no?

Euro and US dollar is alomost the same I think, but the Euro is a BIT under.

There are many posts on WHT about Unlimited Hosts and their dramas to fool ppl. Actually there are some Mega Mega Big hosts in this industry that still offer unlimited. All we can do is to raise these issues here in WHT and provide a medium for all of you to gain knowledge and stay away from these Freaks....:)

Divide the amount in € by 2 and you will get your answer in $.

i.e... 5.60€ = $2.80

... I think.
