I'm currently hosting with AIT, and am having some serious problems (primarily, they don't know how to keep my mailserver online). I'm ready to switch to a new host, but I haven't been able to find another host that offers a similar package -- basically what I'm looking for is a Windows-based host (virtual hosting is fine) that supports Active Server pages, provides access to raw log files, provides numerous POP3 mail accounts (unlimited preferred), for around $20/month or less.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
