My PayPal limits page shows:

Withdrawal Limit

Your Monthly Withdrawal Limit is the maximum of money you can withdraw monthly from your PayPal account.

Your Monthly Check Withdrawal Limit is: $2,500.00 USD per month

$2,500.00 USD Remaining*

Your credit or debit card daily withdrawal limit is the maximum amount you can withdraw to your card each day.
Your daily card withdrawal limit is: $500.00 USD per day

$500.00 USD Remaining

* Amounts withdrawn from bank account will also apply to this limit.

Limits refer to your primary currency. If you use a different currency, we will convert the equivalent amount to your primary currency and amend the limit accordingly.

From what I understand:

1. I cannot withdraw more than $500 in a day to my Credit Card.
2. I cannot request a check of amount larger than $2500 in a month.

But:

1. Is it possible to withdraw $5000 by withdrawing $500 to my Credit Card each day for 10 days?
2. What does the line: "Amounts withdrawn from bank account will also apply to this limit." mean? Does that mean that I cannot withdraw more than $2500 to my bank account in a month? But it writes "withdrawn from bank" not "withdrawn to bank".

Anyone please clarify this to me..

Thanks,
Akash

We're not 'paypal', there's only one way to get clear verification on their rules. Call them up and ask them, or submit a ticket to them. Any other verification will be just flat out speculation, nothing more.

Now, I'm not sure where you're seeing "limits" in paypal, because I don't have any. Maybe you're seeing them because you don't have your account verified, maybe because you're too "new". Again, you're going to have to get the straight answer only from one place, directly from paypal.

According to their website, you can get all limits removed by verifying your account, with credit card AND bank account information. However, this may just be one interpretation of it. You'll need to contact them.

As for the limits, one would assumee that when they say

Your credit or debit card daily withdrawal limit is the maximum amount you can withdraw to your card each day.

They MEAN that you can withdraw that limit every day. Again, that's just assumption though, you need to verify this with paypal before proceeding down that road

Indeed I would assume that just means 500 a day, but to be sure it's best to check with paypal.

According to their website, you can get all limits removed by verifying your account, with credit card AND bank account information.

To remove the limits, you have to do two of the following:
1. Add and verify a bank account
2. Add and verify a credit card
3. Provide your social security number

...at least in the US those are the options I have.

perhaps Akash is not from USA
well, that may mean that if you pay with paypal and it uses money from your bank account (the 2. answer).

Yep I am not from USA. You said that it may mean that if I pay through PayPal, it uses money from my bank account. But isn't it true for all PayPal users? When you are short on PayPal balance, it takes money from linked Credit Cards or Bank Accounts.

I did contact PayPal. Here is the reply I recieved after 5 days:

"Thank you for contacting PayPal. We believe we responded to your recent inquiry either through a call into our service center or through another e-mail from you."

They believe they have responded although I haven't received any response.

No limits on validated account.

To remove the limits, you have to do two of the following:
1. Add and verify a bank account
2. Add and verify a credit card
3. Provide your social security number

correct way to validate the PayPal account.

Give them a call and they will be able to explain it to you or can give you a way around it.
