Dont quite know the full story, apparently their server was hacked or something and they have lost everything and as the guy was on dial up, he never backed peoples sites up. He has more than 50 or so customers, a mixture of webhosting and shells. He thinks the customers will stick with him as their quality of service has been second to none up untill now.

How much $$$ on average a month does he bring in from these customers?
What sort of offer price range is he looking for?
