Hello Everyone,

I've recently done away with telnet access and have installed the latest SSH patch from pkgmaster.com .

Unfortunately, my users claim that they are not able to connect. They are getting the following error:

Sorry, you do not have telnet / shell access to this Cobalt server.

They are using an application known as Putty.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to have the domain set to "Enable Shell Accounts". If it is set that way... check each user. If they still can't get in... disable it... then re-enable it again...
