Anybody know helpdesk system which support using gmail SMTP?

I believe that WHMCS can do this if you setup the SMTP mail option. Of course this is more than a help desk tool though but it has a great help desk integrated. Not sure if it meets your needs though.

I think Cerberus can do that too.

Kayako can handle this just as well

And osTicket too can do it, any help desk or application that support SMTP will be able to do it.

Kayako of sure and OsTicket too. I am not sure about the latter one though.
