Currently the license is expired (not-eligible for transfer) if the if the buyer and me reach an agreement the license will be renewed and a ticket can be submitted to verification.

PS:- I have submitted ticket for verification for WHMCS license 4-5Hours ago, verification for it is still pending from WHT Staff.
