We are currently using ResellerClub/Directi UI for our clients to manage their domain names, however we do not want our clients to try and order, renew etc.. from the user interface provided by ResellerClub. We use a separate billing and ordering system and want our customers to be able to only update their whois info.
Has anyone had the same problem? Any solutions?
Thanks,
Robert

You can try this out:
Go to Settings > Products > Manage Product signups > select: I will manually sign-up for individual Products and Services > select: Stop New Sales
Stop New Sales: If you wish to stop selling a Product, you may set its status to "Stop New Sales". This intermediate stage allows you to gracefully stop selling any Product without inconveniencing existing customers. All existing orders of this Product will continue to function and your Customers will be able to modify/renew them. However no new orders can be added for this Product.
create a sub-reseller account where only you can register the names on behalf of your customers and then push to your customers account

A billing system like WHMCS can do.
If you have your own billing system, you can use API to make that happens

Thinking of overhead, the supersite isn't that bad. And it's that much you can pass on to the customer.
