Having a bit of a nightmare at the moment. My RaQ3i is having serious problems and I need to go and do a backup and restore it BUT I can't get hold of my hosting company. The phone number I've got is off the hook and the mobile is switched off.

The RaQ's hosted at Interhouse in London but I can't find a number to ring to see if they'll give me access to my server directly.

Any ideas?

Where are you based? Want me to run along and knock on the door for you! ;) I doubt very much if you're hosting through a 3rd party you'll be able to get physical access. What company are you colo'ing with?

Hi. I'm based in Barnet, North London and the server's in Harbour Exchange Interhouse. The RaQ's with a company called cian who up untill now have been very good but this is getting bad, I've got a lot of people ringing my up because no emails are getting thru.

When I signed up I asked if I could have physical access to the server so I could upload big bits of data and do backsup etc and they said "no probs".

As I said, up until now it's been ok, I have been able to ring up and get thru to someone quickly.

I wish I could but I can't find any numbers that are being answered at this time. It's now 8.30 so I guess all the sales staff have gone home.

There aren't any support numbers as far as I can see.
