The situation is that the guy that brings the modem and does the computer stuff comes after the wire guy..

Not a good way to do things in my opinion.

I am scanning Telewest guys so i will get back to tell you's what i think the quality of installation is and find out how the broadband actually gets installed.

Ye i phoned them told them the guy had no idea what he was doing and he said he had to take apart the hard drive case then realized he didn't have to and then i told them i wanted a new password so i had to make one up and then very very strangely the lady told me i had 305 emails in my accounts, now why would i have 305 emails in my account? and how could she have knwon that?, very strange.

I seem to have been given the same username and password for two things.
Dial up account and broadband one both use the same username and password.

Says here that Blueyonder broadband renews your IP at least every 24 hours a day.
This totaly mucks things.

ned, maybe you should quit talking to yourself, BlueYonder/telewest sucks as bad as everyone else doing broadband in the UK
