Well, there was a run of about five months during which 24hostingnow appeared to be working fine, but for the past seven hours I have not been able to send or receive email, nor can I access my website. All mail sent to me bounces back as unroutable, and my email client won't even recognize their domain when I attempt to send mail.
What's odd is that I can now no longer log into their support site and no-one is manning their 24/7 live chat, but their main site isn't down. Nor will anyone respond to my emails. Anyone else having problems with them? Any advice on what to do next? Thanks for the help, as always.

Amazing. Less than three minutes after posting this, my email is fixed. I wish 24hostingnow would man their support desk with the same fervor that they follow these threads...

Although I should add that my website is still down with an Internal Server Error.

Sadly, they appear to have stopped reading this board. Another day of business destroyed...

So its not just me then. I just signed up with them after onsmart shutdown their business and after having signed up, I have not been able to talk with a single representative, had no luck with their chat and have not received any email responses sent to support@24hostingnow.com.
I am beginning to feel like 24hostingnow is a scam. I would advise anyone against signing up with them as they appear to have a history of downtime.
Worst of all, they have the audacity to market themselves as being the 24x7 support guys. 24x7 on which planet?

Wow, sorry to hear of this. I always appreciate advise who not to do business with. Just tryed for you to see if they would respond to a sales inquiry via live help, but I assume they fell asleep with the live help link on.
Is is just me. Or does there seem to be alot of hosting companies going out today?

With the economy going the way it is I wouldn't be surprised if we continue to see some of these hosts going away or being purchased by others over the next few months..

That doesn't hold weight with me,The only hosts affected should be ones running on credit or similar.
Although to the OP,I'd suggest finding a new host asap.

They got back to me three days later, claiming there weren't any problems, long after whatever the problem was resolved itself. But -- guess what? -- everything is down again and no-one is responding. Whatever bad habits 24hosting.com was indulging in are evidently back. And as a customer, I am out of here.

Why are you people still dealing with these less-than-awesome web hosting outfits?
I mean, c'mon... There are really tons of SOLID web hosts out there for you to choose from.
One would assume that when your business and livelihood depend on whether or not some server located in some other place is online and running, that you would atleast put in some homework time in regards to the critical decision of picking out a hosting company. Yet, it sounds as if you just picked the first random guy on a forum that said "Yes sir, we offer exactly what you are looking for."
