Here I fot a link (www.uk2raq.com (http://www.uk2raq.com/raqfaq/raqfaqshow.php?faq=32) ) explained how to change the default FTP dir for admin users.

I remember I did this before and it didn't worked, but when trying some other combinations it worked later. Now I updated my Cobald OS, so all things I changed are set back to normal.

Could someone give a working example how to change the default FTP dir? My customers are confused

Thanks,
Adriaan

The UK2 instructions work fine regardless of Cobalt patches and updates.
If you follow the instructions there you should not have any problems.

I did follow the exact instructions, but still it does something weird - while the acces of the dir gets different, but not the default dir..

Admins still go to /users/user/. And YES I added a virtual site and deleted it after. And when I tried some other things I saw changes, but it never just go to /.

Are you sure you're editing the right files?

100% positive, as they match the content said on UK2Raq.

Be sure that you dont change the users homedir, only their default dir. If you change their home dir and delete the user in the raq cp (as i learned the hard way) the directory gets deleted :(
