Interested with Machine 1 package. Is this unmetered bandwidth?
Will need to transfer images about 100 GB/day. Possible?

Listed price includes 1TB of BW. 100GB/day is ~ 10Mbps throughput. We would need an additional $250 per month for 10Mbps committ on a 100Mbps port.

That's way out of budget.. It seems impossible then :)

What aspects of support to you cover?

Hardening, configuration and update of server level processes as well as network / firewall configurations. We also sometimes help with conversion and transfer of data from your provider to our systems. Where multiple machines for a single client are involved we also handle the clustering configuration and maintenance.

Do you have specific support needs such as end user support or application level support?

I'm quite interested cos seems you got really good Specs for decent prices..

Im just interested in hosting about 1 or 2 sites actually one is 18gig in Size and another just a busy discussion forum..

Nah dont really have specific support needs just sometimes minor things like emails not coming through (exim stuff) how comes server loads are high......very minor stuff really...

What are setup times?

Do you also have a 24 hour helpdesk

Setup times could be as fast as an hour for cPanel in stock units, or as much as a couple of days if you need a RAID reconfiguration and OS customization. This presumes all goes smoothly through anti-fraud and order verification. Once that is complete the times above should be accurate.

Yes, our helpdesk answers tickets 24x7.

There is budget bandwidth available in our data center but we prefer "the good stuff". If you can stand to wait for Cogent to deliver service to our racks and don't mind their bandwidth the price could be lower, but you are most likely better finding a host who caters to the volume low price bandwidth market.
