I had got a new server and new direct admin license

But when i started the installation..it stopped after downloading some packages with the error
"You are not authorized to download the update package with that client id and license id for this IP address. Please email sales@directadmin.com"

1)could ny1 temme wats the prob

2)will i need to reload my os now?
