I am trying to find a well-developed helpdesk system that is ASP/MSSQL or MySQL based.
I've looked at what is available via Hotscripts and Aspin and nothing really meets the grade (certainly compared to what is available as PHP solutions).
I need a system that includes all the generic helpdesk ticketing functions, with some additional features:
- Knowledge base that provides users with suggested solutions based on the contents of their ticket.
- LDAP (single sign-on) capabilities.
- Templates for 'canned' responses.
- SLA definition, tracking and reporting.
- Periodic reporting against SLA's and general helpdesk stats.
If anyone has found/tested/uses a system like this I would really appreciate the comments.
