I'm new to the web hosting bit, But i have some experinces with everything else! My Question is this! How do i get Virtual Hosts for shells accounts! Some sites have like 300 and i find it hard to believe that they registered all them for shellz!

they will have 300 ip addresses yes.

a lot of the vhosts will be variations of the same domain..

get.yourshells.at.unitedhosting.co.uk

and

rooting.from.unitedhosting.co.uk

would only need 1 domain for example, but 2 ip addresses..

so hosts with 300 vhosts probably have registered a lot of domains :)
