How often does the bandwidth counter in CPanel updates itself?

I noticed that if I reload the page with CPanel the bandwidth counter still indicates the same amount which cant be as visitors are hitting the website heavily.

I would be interested in finding out in real time how much bandwidth I have available/consumed if that is possible.

The updates can be changed, but it's usually once per day.
