Hello.

I have a new client that is asking me to update their WHOIS information at their registrar (which is Enom). I have never had this come up until now and I was wanting to know if there was an easy way to go about this. The client said that their last host did this for them, so either the last host took care of the registration, or there is some way to do this.

If its in your eNom account, give them access to do this themselves. If its not in your eNom account, direct them to where they need to go to get that info.

Yeah they managed to figure it out on their own without me having to help which is nice :P

but we can always do such work for them .. provided they give us pwd ;)
