I'm one week trying to contact them with any reply, it's this normal for them or I'm having any problem with spam filters or something similar? I only see good reviews in this forum so I'm a little confused :eek:

I generally get a reply from Scott within an hour. Check your spam filters, I guess?

Sounds like a spam filter problem to me also. I would check there first. Then I would try resending the email.

Scott always reply within 24 hours. Resend the e-mails using another e-mail account.

Always a prompt reply here too.

Never had any issues with contacting them, always reply fast.
