Back a few years ago they tried to screw me with a domain and tried to bill me unfairly. I found loopholes.glitches in their AUP/TOS and finally after over two months of calling from USA to Luxemburg and emailing, making a lot of calls contacting ICANN, FTC, Econsumer and some others, I finally got them to void the bill which they tried to screw me with and had them by law (without court) to release my domain and just left them. They are a joke. Easily there are so many providers which they don't honor their TOS/AUP but not many people pay attention to the sites contents and TOS/AUP this way they get fked-up. |
