I am having some rough time with master name server and virtual name server.
The primary ,secondary name server and IP address is
ns.mycompany.com
Ip is 63.126.29.42
ns2.mycompany.com
IP is 63.126.29.41

I am using ensim control panel.
But in ensim control panel when I want to add IP based site it ask for the virtual DNS and IP address what should I mention here the name server domain name that is ns.mycompany.com and IP address 63.126.29.41 or I should give new DSN name and IP address from ns.mycompany.com and IP address 63.126.29.41
Could you please give me little detailed information.

OK.. Let me ask you come questions.

What is the Private Server IP Address and Hostname?
Have you configured the secondary/VirtualDSN in the Ensim Control Pannel?

I'm a bit confused. When you create a new IP site it does not ask you for any DNS information. The ControlPanel will use the primary DNS settings by default. You will have to add the second NS entry.
