I signed up for a server with them, but never got the server. They said that PayPal had disabled their account. I have not gotten any refund, not recieved any server. And they do not answer any emails from me. Sent one as recently as today.

just seems right to me. The grammar and wording on that site is terrible. The forms are unprofessional the marketing is at a loss. Why would you buy a server from them. Dont click order now by price tag and remember the golden rule. You get what you pay for.

Nevermind that it's impossible to order a server from you (clicking the order button leads me to a blank page) -- you also appear to have stolen the content of your FAQ (http://rackgo.net/addons.php), almost word-for-word, from Rackmounted's FAQ (http://www.rackmounted.com/faq.php) That, combined with your use of FreeDNS (do you not trust your own servers?) and 1 year registration, leads me to believe that you're not a very reliable hosting company...

I have bought a server from them before.. I just ran into problems, due to the reason that their PayPal account was frozen. I'm still waiting to get my money back trough a claim. I have tried to contact rackGo but I have never got any answer from them. Have anyone talked to Hetzner, and can confirm that they are a reseller of their servers?

I would of gone with them, but ive tried emailing them about the offer a few days ago, but they havent responded.
This all sounds too dodgy to be true, and would have to say this sounds too much like a scam.

This is a scam. Do not trust them. Several people on this forum have ordered servers, but their credit cards have been charged more than they should etc. and they have never got the server.

1) No positive reviews.
2) At least 1 'scam' review.
3) History of Paypal account being frozen/cancelled.
4) No valid security certificate on payment gateway.
5) 'Too good to be true' offer.

How many negatives do you need to discount this offer?

Ya, I got screwed out of $200. They claim to give 1gbit port but its only 100mbit. Also, I ordered 2x750GB and only received 1x750GB. And who knows if they really provide 5TB monthly traffic or not, there is no way to prove it ... they resell from hetzner.de. Be much safer to buy directly from them!

No real and good hosts allow warez on their servers!!

if not mistaken, they r from 1 organization, 2-3 days ago, they closed down all their website and email. I was scammed $100 for a dedicated server deal. Well, not from nginxq but the one in charge of the hosting company .. they talk almost the same pattern.
