I think you need more articles. More news, more cool stuff. Maybe you will find some interesting RSS feeds and will translate them on your site.

Don't add any forum! It'll require lots of effort and won't bring any value. It takes a looooong time for a forum to become notable.

Put AdSense to upper area of the site. At least one block of ads should be seen without scrolling the page at 1024x768.

I think you should append your site with animations, animated design. If you get 200 clicks a day, you could do an advertisement there and get money from commerce
