What are your opinions of C2IT.com ? Are they good? What is your experience with them?

I have had an account with them for a few months, but have not used it a lot yet.

I have two bank accounts connected to my c2it account. I have transferred money between all the accounts. I have also received a payment from someone else. The odd thing is that transferring money into my c2it account from one of my own bank accounts and transferring money from my c2it account into one of my own accounts was a very slow process - it took DAYS for the transfers to process. But receiving money from someone else into the c2it account was very fast. I don't really understand why it is faster for someone else to send me money than it is for me to send myself money.

Still, my only complaint so far is the length of time it takes to transer my own money into or out of the account. (Both types of transactions, moving money into it and moving money out of it, took about 5 days.)

At least it is through a real bank, so I feel more secure in that. You can also collect money through AOL Quick Cash with c2it, and that can be a plus as well.

I have all my ex paypal customers that paid via paypal (easier than sending a check - their request) use it now. I feel a LOT more secure knowing its by CitiBank and is FDIC insured. BIG +++

OK..Thanks! :) I tried paypal and they just screwed me over with all their illegal mumbojumbo..so I wont use them anymore..but I'm going to give c2it a try :) Also, I spoke with someone and they said that they can't send me money through c2it because it's not international. But I see all kinds of international options on there. What's up with that? Thanks

I think sending and receiving money internationally costs $10 each time, but sending/receiving money in the US is free.

At least that's what I remember when I logged in to my account.

Yeah, they just changed the fee rates for international transfers -- within the last week and a half (not even that) -- before it was all FREE.

They might not be doing so well.. Recently emailed me saying that they're stopping their affiliate program in the near future..
