I am in big trouble cause enom just wont accept any of my cards, I think it is simply because I am from the Philippines. Since their support is so outstanding, I am really stuck in the middle of nowhere.

I decided to pay thru paypal, I was charged a $ 100, but no money was added still, I contacted enom and they insisted there was no such transaction!

I then received this canned email message from them:
(We regret to inform you that your recent request to refill your account using PayPal has failed due to the following reason:


Transaction refused due to risk model (10205)


Failure to refill an account using your PayPal account can possibly occur for several reasons. Please verify the following:


* You have agreed to the PayPal user agreement.

* Your PayPal account has a valid source of funds available, such as an attached checking account or an attached credit card.

* Your bank card is not reported stolen or missing.

* Your card account numbers are valid and current.)

SO NOW I HAVE 2 PROBLEMS:

1. IS THERE A WAY I CAN REFILL MY ACCOUNT WITH THESE GUYS AT ALL..

2. WHERE DID MY MONEY GO?

Did you actually verified all these? Did you check your CC if you have enough funds available?

yes.. my paypal returned me the electronic receipt confirming the charges..

Why don't you give them a call and explain everything? I called them few times, from Japan, and I always found a real person to talk to.

Have you tried mailing in a check and waiting for it to clear?

You have my sympathies. Hope it works out for you. Maybe you can provide proof from PayPal to eNom and ask for their comments why it hasn't been refunded.

I usually top up my account by a wire transfer. It gets expensive if you are only sending $100. But the more you send, the cheaper it gets. And eNom don't take their cut before you start.

don't worry u get back money within few day their billing department refund money within few day

I would contact them by email or phone and ask how to sort that out and how you will be able to top up your account. Ask them if it helps to send a passport copy or any other document. If you are pro-active and show them that you have nothing to hide it may be easier for you to top up your account.
Unfortunately there is so much fraud out there that they prefer to reject transactions on the save side.

I did contact them, and even gave them the transaction ID of paypal.. They just said " I am afraid we did not receive such transaction, thank you."

I have had it with there high and mighty services. Grr..

This is not the first time they did this to me, I would spend hours of long distance at 3 am begging them for mercy. And to think I am a very old customer already.
