I took a look at the Shared Webhosting Special Offers, there are some many extremly cheap reseller plans. I wondered, how reliable are they when they offer this kind of deal? In other words, that seems like its impossible for them to make money, and even lost money. I don't know, I guess that when the offer is too good to be true, then chances are they are not.
