Can anyone talk about teh instance of fraud and their experience with domain name resellling or direct me to a resource that discusses it?
I am looking to offer the service to a select industry in conjunction with selling design services and was advised that fraud is a particular problem
Thanks in advance

You want to resell domains... If I understand you correctly... not sure I do.

Thanks hekwu.
Your are correct, I want to automate the process of selling domain name registration on my site to those that sign up for a particular design service. Currently I have been personally registering domain names on behalf of the domains that I host through my retail reseller account with Enom.
To access the various apps that Enom offers (Registry Rocket, etc.) I understand that I have to upgrade the account with a deposit. In their terms of service I see that I am responsible for all chargebacks and fraudulent purchases after 5 days.
I know all of the customers that I have registered domains for up to now but not having had any experience with reselling domains via the automated reseller method I was wondering how prevelent fraud is and what methods existed to protect one's self. Escro looks like a place to start.
Any other thoughts are appreciated.

There are services that will do background checks on customers.
You also should avoid unverified paypal payments.
It can be difficult to protect yourself -- it's almost the cost of doing business.
