1)how old is your company?
2)what about your (and your team) tech skills?
3)how many servers are you managing at the present?

1. Our hosting part is almost 6 months activate now, although our 'main' company is active since march 2001.
2. I've got a very knowledged staff :D
Althoug I've got a quite good Linux knowledge, I've got staff who know even more :)
3. We have >5 servers now
