Right now, im looking for a reasonable price for webhosting.
Ive found a ISP which offers 1 gig / 1 dollar, but i think i can get lower, but with the grow the price drops.
Is it a good price to start with or should I look for better?

That looks good, but there are lots of other things to take into account, support, uptime, etc

Thing is, i can get my own 10 mbit/s connection cheap, but i need more information from someone here about overselling bandwith, do ppl really use all the bandwith you give them?

Hello,
As a quick note, depends on what kind of web sites do they have. Most of your clients which are subscribed to the Basic package ( your cheapest ) you can offer them 5-10 GB of bandwidth, and mostly they use 30-40% of the whole.
Have a great day!
