We do offer fluent support in english, german and spanish and our control panels are in those languages as well (plus italian and dutch coming). Since WHT forum rules do not allow us to post all information (might be considered advertising), feel free to email me anytime or post at our forums :)

I'd suggest going with a host in Germany. You'll probably get better service that way, than having English translators.

Everyone speaking german in our staff speaks german since birth, fluent with no translators. :) But of course the choice is ultimately up to e-stefan.

stefan - It normally depends how many accounts they have to setup. I would imagine it would probably be done tonight unless they have no space left on the existing servers and need to wait to bring a new one online. However I would imagine it should take no longer than 24 hours :)
