A bit more info would help.

When in doubt with a designer (or even when not in doubt) ask for references. I always ask for a portion of the project up front as a retainer; however, I also always offer to give out a list of references to ease any worries that a client would have.

Also me, I pay 100$ for WHMCS design & integration. Until now, he didn't provide any thing except a stolen design.He refuse to refund the money.

Why trolling if you can't prove it? I'm not here to defend him but he do some jobs for us and integration was done perfectly even if it was an outdated script.

No, its not like that, its simply the fact ive read other threads about you on WHT and for the other fact that you contact my clients saying my integration is causing a security issue but yet when he replied what is it you didnt reply simply trying to scare my clients to gain clients nice try. You go through my design offers and see the urls of integrations ive done and contact them thats funny i wont post who but if a mod pm's me i will surely ask my client to confirm if he wishes.

It was a hostbill integration for our company website foruck.com

Scriptinstallation :

I ordered the integration service and got files delivered in 4-5 days (advertised 2 days on their website), my website template was a one page html file with jquery effect and i wanted a scroll effect with hostbill.

That was too hard to integrate, nevermind, i asked them to integrate it normally , this is why i had to wait a little more time.

When i received my files, there were around 5-10 pages that were boggus, i immediatly noticed them using their support system, i sent them a list of the bugs, they replied that they will fix those issues.

1 week after, didn't get any answer, i began to contact them several times with several emails and tickets on their main website, they never replied me. Their livechat is always offline

They deleted all my tickets (the ticket url links were all broken)

I opened a paypal dispute and they said that i didn't answered any of their emails (which is untrue). They refund me only $10 (i paid $25) because they already delivered me the template.

Since the refund, i sent them emails and they didn't answer any of them.

This is why i then ordered an integration from TigerTB, got a high quality integration in 3 days and i'm 100% satisfied by their service.

I won't say that scriptinstallation.ca is a scam, i just think that they provide pretty poor hostbill integrations with horrible support.

granted that you and I may understand the difference but everyone wouldn't. And whether they were your clients or not I don't know I just happen to see some sites with errors and notified the person who's site it was - don't blame me - i didn't make the errors :) (ie taking shortcuts like linking to content from the main site instead of copying it into the whmcs theme itself)

I highly doubt you "some how" managed to contact random people and they were some how my clients, how ever no need to argue over it just rather cute how my clients let me know that your contacting them. :popcorn:

Thank you for posting, not sure if your hostbill theme you got is live since the one on your site does not look like what you were asking for unless I misunderstood you.
