Little bit off the subject, but does your auction software generate delayed auctions, similar to prosperpoint?

Hello. I am not familiar with prosperpoint, but I believe you are refering to scheduling an automated auction listing ?

Our software requires that you approve of both bulk listings,
and single auction items before they are actually listed.

So I guess you are saying that you would have to be at your computer at the time an auction is actually listed.

Would recommend that you add a feature, either via server side (prefered) or client side to allow an auction to be approved, but submitted on a delayed basis. This is the main reason I use Prosperpoint...I can schedule an auction start Saturday or Sunday night (the best time for a 7 day auction) without actually being at my computer. Prosperpoint (a picture hosting service with ebay auction submittal capability) allows this on the server side.

Since I have a broadband connection, client side would work for me as I would only have to leave your program running and auctions could be "delayed approved/submitted" .

The other features of your program are very attractive to me...but I could not give up the ability for delayed auctions as I am often not home (or am otherwise occupied) on Saturday and Sunday nights.

Yes you must click either the approve button for bulk listed items, or the submit button on individual items.

Auomated listing is definately a useful and desireable feature that
we intend to implement into a later version, amongst
other highly requested features.

We are basically waiting for ebay to launch their
new bulk listing feature that supports this, rather
than engineer the feature with no guarantee it will be
supported after their new bulk listing system is released.

As third party ebay developers, we are still somewhat left in the dark about
utilizing and implementing new features, our main goal is
to provide a stable and effective utility program to our
customers, so we make it a point not to offer something
until we have a complete and reliable solution.
