 | View Full Version : How can you direct people to the /web directory automatically in FTP? It's confusing many ppl because they sometimes upload to the wrong directory! Cheers! It should be 'web' and 'userweb' or something like that. One day, if I really get bored, I'll try to change that. So far, I haven't been that bored... HotChilli 03-09-2001, 02:04 PM LOL! I think I'll make a directory called "uploadhere" and then make it a symbolic link to the correct directory. That way, even morons won't make a mistake :-) You can also delete the user "web" folder so they wont get confused. |
