Hey everyone,

Does anyone know how you can redirect people to the /web directory instead of /users/username/web when they log-in via FTP?

It's confusing many ppl because they sometimes upload to the wrong directory!

Cheers!

In my experience, *sometimes* they upload to the correct directory... (usually not). "No, not *that* 'web' directory, the *other 'web' dirrectory..." Ehhhhh?

It should be 'web' and 'userweb' or something like that. One day, if I really get bored, I'll try to change that. So far, I haven't been that bored...

LOL!

I think I'll make a directory called "uploadhere" and then make it a symbolic link to the correct directory.

That way, even morons won't make a mistake :-)

You can also delete the user "web" folder so they wont get confused.
