hi can u pls take a look at your [Ticket ID: 402606] order one amd_x2_4200.

we placed the order and paid on Mar07, now 6 days gone, we haven't received the server. first 2 days u said it was because 2checkout didn't release the money. then u promised us that we would receive it on Monday, then u promised us Tuesday. then u don't reply our emails till Thursday now.

sorry we had no other choice but to find you here.

you didn't reply our emails/tickets for two whole days till we posted here. now please look at your excuse:

you first promised us we would get the server on monday, then you promised us tuesday,,,, now today is Thursday. you broke your promises again and again. now you blamed us for submitting too many tickets while you didn't reply our emails/tickets at all for more than 2 days?

another blame you put on us for the delay was that we ordered too many ip addresses which delayed the setup. that's even more ridiculous, we ordered the ips seperately from the server order, we paid for the server 6 days ago but we haven't even paid for the ips yet. that's a different order for ips, which has nothing to do with the server order.

please don't try to find excuses. we don't think we can trust you any more. please forget about the order and just refund. thanks.

btw, we don't want to say you are cheating or you are fraud, let's say your 48-hour response time doesn't meet our expectation. please refund. thanks.

now yesterday is long gone. nobody ever contacted us for the past 36 hours even after you promised you would contact us yesterday.

your support is really terrible. if you don't refund, we will charge back soon.
