3. We provide 24x7x365 highly skilled, technical support to all of our customers which is included in the cost of the server.

4. All servers are covered by a three year warranty which is included in the cost of the server.

5. We offer complete configuration control so that customers are able to order systems without encountering configuration control issues when it's time to place another order.

6. We offer integration services that allow customers to get up and running quickly without running into problems (for large scale deployments we usually send a tech to help).

7. Our sales engineers help customers with planning large scale deployments, design custom racks, and we allow all customers to design the system that they want instead of force-fitting themselves into a set configuration.

8. Our prices are in line with companies who offer similar blue-colored server appliances without all the services listed above.

We work with companies of all sizes doing alot of different things - the common theme is that they want the benefits of working with a company that focuses on quality, reliability, and top notch technical support. You would be surprised how many people base hardware purchases on factors other than the price of the box.
