Hi I used to resell thru this company and I had some customers that I didn't want to transfer them over to my new dedicated raq in fear of them losing a day of service or something.

Well at the ending of last month optimumhosting.com sent me a bill saying I owed for customers I had remove months ago so I told them about it. We they said that they will get back to me about the bill, they never did. So I sent them another message and they said I needed to submit a copy of my last invoice and so I did. Well they never got back to me so I sent a few hello messages with no luck.

Today I am getting users who are saying their site has been replaced with the cobalt's place holder page and they are wondering what is going on. I have submitted an email again to them with no responce. I was wonder if any one else has experiance with this company.
