Is this pacific rack data center?

Yes, 530 W. 6th street. But Pacific Rack doesn't own the building.

Is it possible to get SCSI HDD?

How much to get 74GB SCSI instead 250GB HDD (don't know is it SATA or IDE)?

How about remote reboots?

If I don't have reboot port ($10 / monthly), will you have technical support standing by to reboot a stuck server? How long would it usually take for your technicians to reboot a server? (happens once every couple of months)
