In the enom reseller panel. It has a place to register a DNS. This option allows you to type the DNS and the IP. I have a domain that is already registered to an IP address, but I need to switch the IP address. If I enter the DNS and new IP address will this make the changes or is their an edit the current IP address function somewhere in enom?

The DNS info is to identify the host ie:
NS1.Your-Host.com IP#
NS2.Your-Host.com IP#2 (must be different that above)

Just type the NS new info that you got with your hosts welcome letter. Their name server will then point your domain to your new IP#.
