I signed up with a reseller plan with Surpass Hosting, who i Think is part of HOST ..... DIME...com
Anybody know anything about this guy?
Until today its been good, but today 90% packet loss to my sites for over 9 hours, and no response from them.
Any body deal with these guys?

They don't look too honest either. Looks like they copy people's site designs: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=55716 - That alone would be enough to make me run.

They wont answer my emails concerning the cancellation request.

Like 24 hours later my sites still down i send another email

1. There is no need to yell and be unprofessional, I dislike dealing with people like this, very very rude
2. You will get a refund by check for the prorated unused monthly charge.
3. You can not do a charge back because we have proof that the service was provided, you were just wanting everything 100% perfect. We have proof of this and your charge will not go through.
