Does anyone know a place to get a RPM package to install PHP4?

I already have mySQL and PHP3 installed.

Also, do you know if I have to uninstall PHP3 first? And if yes, how would I do that?

I'm not sure about whether or not you need to uninstall PHP3 first...you might want to check the PHP website (http://www.php.net) for more information.
