A while ago, I have started a new project and bought up many dedicated servers needed for the project. I managed to secure a tremendous, unadvertised deal as well. However after a long while, it appears that I will have no use for some of these servers anymore.
Basically, these 2 no-longer-used servers is from FDCServer (www.fdcservers.net) (http://www.fdcservers.net%29/), and has been paid in advance up until June 27, 2008, so there is still 3+ months left.
First I was thinking to use it for other things, however after thinking for a while, I would rather sell it to anyone interested and that way, I will be able to get part of my money back, for the 3 months leftover part.
The server specifications are as follow:
Intel Core2Duo 6550
2GB RAM
1x700GB Harddrive ($299 worth of upgrade!!!)
1x400GB Harddrive
100Mbit port, full duplex
Unmetered Bandwidth
IRC Allowed on a special IRC network!
Monthly price: $149/month ($199 advertised price!!)

Now for the pricing, as the server has been paid until June 27, 2008, plus the harddrive upgrade, I will be asking for $447 payable to me (as opposed to $746 - 3 months plus the HD upgrade). After June, you're expected to pay the tremendously reduced monthly price of $149/month to FDCServers if you wish to keep the server, which I hope you do otherwise it would defeat the purpose of this offer.
In a nutshell, what you can get from my offer is this:
