We are looking at selling our entire shell account business. This includes over 200 customers and 13 domain names.

201 shell account customers
15-20 new customers per month

131 US IP Addresses

The total business sales are £6441 which is calculated as follows:

Monthly: £340 (per month) = £ 4081
Bi Monthly: £10 (every two months) = £ 60
Quarterly: £278 (every 3 months) = £ 1112
Bi-Year: £31 (every 6 months) = £ 63
Yearly: £1123 (year) = £ 1123

Total: £6439

We are currently renting the UK server which costs £1188 a year, and the US server which costs £1212 a year.

Profit: £4039

Customers can either remain on the rented servers which would provide a profit of over £4k a year, or if migrated to your own servers, you could clear over an estimated £6.5k profit each year.

We are looking for offers of 75% of the first years profit only, which is £3k

The package also includes that we will no longer provide shell accounts and will refer all customers to your company. We have two customers paying via standing/postal order, the rest pay via PayPal.
