I was wondering if there is any software arround what webhosters can use on ther PC (not server) to manage all details from there customers like:
domain
ip
addresses
billing
pop3
login
password
etc.

so with just one look you see it all

Anybody know something or maybe have it?

Many of the control panels have an option to download this info and use it in a spreadsheet or Database.

Many people code their own databases to manage their customers, so I'd imagine that a few people have 'released' their work into the wild. I don't know if it would fit into your plans, but you could have a look for them.
