I have a site and want to get a saperate hosting account to upload Audio and Video files to use them on my existing web.

That should not be too hard to find, most shared hosts allow media streaming unless they are budget hosts, just have a look round on the offer forums.

You have to watch out for hidden details in the contracts. Also watch out for your CPU usage.

Usually cpu usage is not as big an issue as bandwith it does not require much proccessing power to stream media but it does need a decent amout of on demand space as well as a good backbone for bandwith.
