I am looking for a billing control panel that has the capability to automatically provision new accounts in cPanel/WHM as orders are received?

I was interested in using iHost, which I assume can do this, but i cannot find documentation to verify it.

I am located in Canada, with just a few clients, and I had considered using 2CheckOut to process the CC's.

Are you referring to ihostdev.com? Otherwise I'm not sure what your talking about.

I would recommend going with a known billing system on the market, such as whmap, whmcs or clientexec - all of which have proven their quality and reliability in the hosting market.
