First of all, here is what I want to do.. Place basic banner / text ads onto a website and have the ability to track the number of click throughs the ad receives. Very simple setup as it will not rotate banners..

Will be selling the service on a monthly - quartlery - yearly basis and want to be able to track stats for the client and email it to them.

I saw a few php scripts that may work at hotscripts.com but was wondering if any of you have used anything that you would solidly recomend?

Thanks All!!!!
Kevin

I use AdvertPro and really like it, but it may be too advanced and pricey for your needs.

IMHO the most advanced and cost-effective solution is PhpAdsNew ..... best of all it's free!
You can grab a copy over on SourceForge.net

kevinwholder,

I use, http://www.adcycle.com/ for all of our campaigns. This program is also used by a major Advertising firm which I rather not say. I think you will also be impressed by its' features.

Yeah Man,

It took me months to find the perfect solution. I've looked at software ranging from 100$-3000$ and Adcycle is just amazing.

Does it take up a lot of server resources?

Cheers:cool:

I use BannerMaster. It's free and the developers have an autoinstaller that will actually set it up for you on your server.

You can download it here.

Just another suggestion...

I have been using for adcycle for a long time... and its time to leave it... as its not going forward while missing some major key features...

PHPadNews / MMM are great... but the weighting system is so barbaric it almost ruins otherwise AMAZING software....

Does anyone know of anything new?
