Hi I cannot even log in with the credentials provided. So far I am not a happy customer and I will consider asking for a refund if the customer support really continues to be like this. Please PM me and fix this situation asap.

Our setup dept probably mistype your admin password for ssh login, as in freebsd, when creating a new user for ssh access, there's no password confirmation section.

But I chatted with travis about 1 hr earlier, around 2am pt, via our live chat, and from console, I reset the password for him.

But again, you basically select your main route, if any one of them is down, the route will automatically go to the others.

Do you have an IP for each backbone to test from? I pinged your website, and it's giving me 100ms even though I'm living right on top of Seattle. (Vancouver, BC, Canada.)
