I’m wondering, as I see so many people asking for easy to install applications and software programs, who is actually proficient in modifying a Linux OS into a platform suited for virtual hosting?

I mean by not using cpanel, plesk, ensim and not using perl trouble tickets.... Does anybody know how to code here or have a sysadmin?

Personal I have coded my own control panel and configured all of my servers installing rpms, source, etc. I believe it give me an understanding and more professional outcome.
