I think it is time that Alabanza be held accountable for their lack of business ethics and for the damage that they have done to so my small and large hosting companies. If you have been a victim of their malicious practices I would ask that you take a stand and report them to the BBB. I think it is down right apalling that they have done what they have to their clients and it appears that their hands are clean when the blood is still fresh.

I think many have done that already, but more people couldn't hurt.....

Look at their Customer Experience at the link above. Either no one has reported or the BBB is not doing their job.

"Based on BBB files, this company has a satisfactory record with the Bureau. The Bureau has processed no customer complaints on this company in its three-year reporting period. "

Yeah, what I was thinking. If you don't mind, what the heck did they do to you?

The BBB is useless as a consumer advocate, even moreso when the business you have a problem is a BBB member.

If you have a legitimate complaint and want some actual results, the State Attorney General's office and the local (to the business)Consumer Affairs office are your starting points.

What exactly are you complaining about ? Have they specifically hurt you or your business ?

Also the BBB is specifically for consumer complaints about businesses. Alabanza is a B-to-B provider, so the Better Business Bureau may take no interest at all in the matter.

Note that the BBB quote above says "no consumer complaints..."
