The test files are only on a 10mbps connection that's used for other things as well. The 100mbps lines are not shared between several servers etc... - it's there to be used by you. We have customers who use 20-30mbps and burst up to 70-80mbps on a regular basis with 100mbps ports. As long as you can afford the bandwidth, you can use the speed :)

IRC servers are allowed if approval is requested (and given). The conditions attached are that you can't join any IRC networks outside of the network (e.g. efnet etc...). Legal adult content is no problem, as is shoutcast - that's fine.

Good catch with the typo there... that should read 'March Special options'. The $85/mo cPanel server and $89/mo unmetered are still available, you can find them at http://www.dedicentral.com/serverdetails.php?servid=170 and http://www.dedicentral.com/serverdetails.php?servid=171. I'm afraid we can't reduce the pricing further, we're already waiving the setup fees and offering these at lower prices.

At the moment, I'm afraid remote reboot isn't available.

All our servers can be selected with "10mbps unmetered" - this is listed on our site as "3300gb per month" (which is the maximum a 10mbps port can transfer in one month). 20mbps and 50mbps are also offered on request.
